Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
- Assist in employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Manage payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with department heads to support workforce planning and development.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
- Prepare HR reports and support management in decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR management systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
