Zahr Freighters is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant to support our daily office operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, efficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Maintain and organize records, files, and documents.
  • Support scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and office-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth operations.
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Assist in HR functions such as maintaining employee records and attendance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
