Zahr Freighters is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in supporting our growing logistics operations by handling various HR functions, from recruitment to employee relations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date and accurate.

Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with UAE labor laws.

Assist with payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits administration.

Coordinate training sessions and performance evaluations.

Handle employee queries and resolve workplace issues in a timely and professional manner.

Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed by management.

Organize employee engagement activities and support a positive work environment.

Liaise with PROs and government departments for visa, labor card, and other documentation processes.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics or similar industry.

Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
-
High level of confidentiality, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
