The IT Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, including computer systems, servers, networks, and databases. The role also includes providing technical support to staff, resolving software and hardware issues, and collaborating with other departments to implement technology solutions that improve workflow and efficiency.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 3–5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in network administration, system integration, and cybersecurity practices is essential. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and have strong communication skills to support both technical and non-technical users. Knowledge of logistics software systems will be considered an added advantage.
