Zahr Freighters is seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Officer to oversee and manage warehouse operations at our Dubai facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient inventory management, smooth logistics coordination, and timely dispatch of goods. 📦 Key Responsibilities
🚛 Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods and materials
📋 Maintain accurate records of inventory, incoming and outgoing shipments
🧾 Ensure proper documentation and tagging of all warehouse items
📦 Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams for timely deliveries
🛠 Monitor warehouse equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed
📅 Plan and organize stock audits, cycle counts, and physical verifications
🔧 Identify areas of improvement in warehouse processes and implement solutions
✅ Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
✔ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management
✔ Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and logistics flow
✔ Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
✔ Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✔ Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate
