Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles for the transportation of goods and staff as required.
- Ensure timely deliveries and pick-ups according to schedules and instructions.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
- Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company driving policies.
- Verify delivery documents, collect signatures, and ensure proper documentation for every trip.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods when necessary.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and trip logs.
- Perform routine checks on vehicle systems (oil, water, brakes, tires) to ensure roadworthiness.
Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license (Light or Heavy Vehicle as applicable).
- Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably within logistics or transportation.
- Excellent knowledge of Dubai roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to handle goods with care and responsibility.
- Good physical fitness and professional appearance.
