Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all company documents, ensuring proper organization, version control, and accessibility.
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate record of shipping, customs, and logistics documentation.
- Prepare, review, and file documents in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Support various departments by providing timely access to required documents.
- Ensure document security, confidentiality, and proper archiving procedures.
- Handle both electronic and paper-based documentation efficiently.
- Track and update document status to ensure all records are current and complete.
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure all paperwork is accurate and delivered on time.
- Assist during internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or in administrative support.
- Strong knowledge of document management systems and MS Office tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
