Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods and shipments from origin to destination
- Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries and cost efficiency
- Liaise with transport providers, warehouses, and clients for smooth logistics operations
- Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and customs documentation as required
- Track shipments and provide updates to management and clients
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams
- Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain service quality
- Ensure compliance with UAE logistics regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight operations
- Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, freight forwarding, and supply chain management
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software/tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
