Zahr Freighters is looking for a proactive and organized Logistics Executive to support and manage day-to-day logistics and freight operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining smooth communication across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments as per client requirements
- Prepare and process shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes
- Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs clearance agents
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Handle customer inquiries related to shipment status and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate logistics records and update internal systems regularly
- Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with warehouse teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Assist in cost control and logistics performance reporting
- Resolve shipment-related issues and delays efficiently
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain operations
- Good knowledge of shipping procedures and documentation
- Familiarity with UAE logistics and customs regulations is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and logistics management software
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
