Zahr Freighters is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse operations team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move goods within the warehouse and yard.
- Transport materials to designated storage areas safely and accurately.
- Inspect forklifts before and after shifts to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow warehouse safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
- Stack and organize pallets to maximize storage space.
- Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and logistics staff for smooth operations.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift operator license/certification.
- 1–3 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and load-handling procedures.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Basic understanding of inventory handling and storage systems.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
