Zahr Freighters is looking for a dedicated and organized HR Assistant to join our human resources team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is passionate about supporting HR operations, maintaining employee records, and assisting with recruitment and administrative processes within a dynamic freight and logistics company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
- Assist in managing attendance records, leave tracking, and employee files.
- Coordinate with different departments to support HR activities.
- Help organize training sessions, staff meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across the organization.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining confidential records.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and UAE labor regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
