Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily logistics and transportation activities.
- Plan and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and transport partners.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
- Resolve logistics issues and delays efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics operations.
- Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics or freight operations.
- Strong knowledge of shipping procedures and documentation.
- Familiarity with logistics software and MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
