Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing office operations and administrative tasks.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and documents.
- Support scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and office-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth operations.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Assist in HR functions such as maintaining employee records and attendance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
