Zahr Freighters is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Process cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions accurately.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and invoices as required.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Balance cash registers and reconcile cash at the end of each shift.
- Assist customers with payment-related inquiries in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with the accounts department regarding transaction records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Strong numerical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
