At Zahr Freighters, customer satisfaction is at the core of everything we do. We are currently seeking a professional and courteous Customer Care Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and is passionate about providing exceptional service in the logistics and freight industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about services, pricing, shipment status, and delivery timelines.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the company database.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, warehouse, and accounts to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to gather feedback and address any further needs.
  • Generate service reports and contribute to performance analysis and customer service improvements.
  • Support the sales and operations team with lead management and client communication when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the logistics or freight sector.
  • Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • A customer-first attitude with a focus on resolution and follow-through.
