Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data related to shipments, invoices, and customer records into company systems.
- Maintain and update databases with current and complete information.
- Review data for errors or discrepancies and ensure correction of identified issues.
- Assist in generating reports, spreadsheets, and summaries as required by various departments.
- Maintain confidentiality of all data and documents handled.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
- Scan, organize, and archive physical documents when needed.
- Perform routine backups and ensure secure data storage.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or administration is a plus.
- 1–2 years of experience in a data entry or clerical role.
- Strong typing skills with attention to accuracy and speed.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
