Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all company documents in both digital and physical formats.
- Ensure proper filing, tracking, and organization of operational and logistics documents.
- Control document versions and maintain updated records for accuracy.
- Coordinate with departments to collect, review, and distribute documents.
- Prepare and manage shipping documents such as invoices, delivery notes, and reports.
- Maintain logs of incoming and outgoing documents.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive company information.

- Archive completed documents systematically for future reference.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in logistics or freight companies.
- Strong knowledge of document management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document control software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
