Zahr Freighters is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to manage and support various human resources functions at our Dubai office. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working with people and is passionate about building a productive, engaged, and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.

Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

Coordinate training and development programs for staff.

Manage payroll inputs and liaise with the accounts team for timely salary disbursement.

Support performance management processes and annual appraisals.

Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives and company-wide engagement activities.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
