Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and office applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Monitor system performance, security, and backups to ensure data protection
- Assist employees with IT queries via phone, email, or in-person support
- Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and documentation of IT assets
- Implement IT policies, updates, and security protocols

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar IT role
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and networking concepts
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and office applications
- Familiarity with IT security practices and data protection measures
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and prioritize effectively
