🏥 Key Responsibilities
🩺 Provide first aid and emergency care to employees on-site
🩺 Monitor the health status of employees and maintain accurate medical records
🩺 Conduct regular health checks and wellness programs
🩺 Support the HR and HSE teams in implementing health and safety procedures
🩺 Manage and maintain medical supplies and equipment
🩺 Coordinate with external medical providers when necessary
🩺 Educate staff on health, hygiene, and disease prevention practices
✅ Requirements
✔ Degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution
✔ Valid DHA license or eligibility to practice in Dubai
✔ Minimum of 2 years’ nursing experience, preferably in an industrial or occupational health setting
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and effectively
✔ Proficiency in maintaining confidential health records
✔ Basic knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations
