The role involves preparing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, verifying vendor invoices, and ensuring that procurement practices comply with internal policies and budgetary constraints. Coordination with various departments will be necessary to ensure materials and services are sourced efficiently and delivered on time.

Candidates should possess at least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as the role involves dealing with vendors and internal stakeholders. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience using ERP systems is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, and capable of handling multiple tasks with a strong attention to detail.
