Zahr Freighters is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage inventory and support warehouse operations in our Dubai facility. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock management systems.
- Organize and store items systematically for easy access and safety.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for stock replenishment.
- Issue materials as per operational requirements.
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits.
- Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage or loss.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management is an advantage.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in logistics or warehouse environments.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle physical stock and maintain accuracy in records.
