Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Organize and store materials in designated locations for easy retrieval.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
- Prepare and process orders for dispatch, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the storage area.
- Work closely with procurement and logistics teams for efficient stock management.
- Keep records of damaged, lost, or expired inventory and report discrepancies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items when required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
