Zahr Freighters is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to join our operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an individual with excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately. The successful candidate will help maintain reliable business records that support efficient freight and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and logistics management systems.
- Verify information to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Review documents for errors and correct discrepancies before data entry.
- Maintain digital and physical records in an organized and secure manner.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and data summaries for management.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect and update operational information.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of company and customer data.
- Assist with document management, filing, and general administrative tasks.
- Perform routine data audits to maintain high standards of data quality.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry, administration, or a similar role.
- Excellent typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with ERP or logistics management systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
